The Alliance Française of Nashville and the Tennessee Branch of the French American Chamber of Commerce Southeast are pairing up on November 17th to present their first annual Beaujolais Nouveau Celebration!
The theme is French harvest festival, and guests are encouraged to come in 1930s - 40s attire in celebration of the historic holiday that originated in 1937 to release the first wine of the season.
The event will include a Beaujolais Nouveau tasting, French hors d’oeurves created by Et Voila, live music, a silent auction, and a free swing dancing demonstration by Swing Dance Nashville.
Funds raised in the auction will be used to organize future social and cultural events in the community and sponsor scholarships for area French instructors.
Tickets for AFN and FACC members are $45 in advance / $60 at the door, and tickets for nonmembers are $60 in advance / $85 at the door.
